- 2 lb. stew beef, cubed
- 1 can June peas
- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Arrange meat and vegetables in casserole in alternate layers. Pour in soup and water with salt and pepper.

2Cover casserole and bake in 275° oven for 3 hours.
