  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk, scalded
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 unbaked pie shells
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg together.

    Pour scalded milk over mixture and beat.

    Pour in pie shells.

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Place pie in oven and turn down to 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, until done.
