- 2 c. milk, scalded
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 unbaked pie shells
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg together.

2Pour scalded milk over mixture and beat.

3Pour in pie shells.

4Preheat oven to 450°.

5Place pie in oven and turn down to 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, until done.
