  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine sugar, flour and salt.

    Beat eggs well; add dry ingredients.

    Add butter and milk; mix well.

    Pour into a pastry shell; bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes.
