- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk, scalded
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix eggs, sugar and salt together; beat until foamy.

2Add scalded milk and vanilla; beat well.

3Bake pie crust 5 minutes at 450° before adding the filling.

4Add filling and bake 5 minutes at 450°; reduce heat to 350° and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
