  • 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Nutmeg

Directions

    Hand beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar and vanilla.

    Pour into individual custard dishes.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Place in a pan and put into oven at 325 degrees.

    When pan is warm add in boiling water to the pan to a 1 inch depth.

    Bake for 30 to 40 min.

    4 to 6 servings depending on size of custard dishes.
