- 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Nutmeg
Directions

1Hand beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar and vanilla.

2Pour into individual custard dishes.

3Sprinkle with nutmeg.

4Place in a pan and put into oven at 325 degrees.

5When pan is warm add in boiling water to the pan to a 1 inch depth.

6Bake for 30 to 40 min.

74 to 6 servings depending on size of custard dishes.
