  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (more if desired)

Directions

    Add in sugar, salt and lowfat milk to beaten Large eggs and mix well.

    Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell.

    Cook at 400 degrees for 10 min.

    Turn oven down to 325 degrees.

    Cook 15 more min.

    This is not very sweet, if you cannot have sugar, you can have a small pcs of this.

    If you want a sweeter custard which is a lot better, use 3 Large eggs and 1/2 c. of sugar.
