- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (more if desired)
Directions

1Add in sugar, salt and lowfat milk to beaten Large eggs and mix well.

2Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell.

3Cook at 400 degrees for 10 min.

4Turn oven down to 325 degrees.

5Cook 15 more min.

6This is not very sweet, if you cannot have sugar, you can have a small pcs of this.

7If you want a sweeter custard which is a lot better, use 3 Large eggs and 1/2 c. of sugar.
