  • 2 1/2 c. seasoned herb croutons
  • 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound sausage (precooked) or possibly ham
  • 8 Large eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

Directions

    Place croutons in bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan.

    Top with 2 c. cheese and meat.

    Beat Large eggs with 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk.

    Add in seasonings.

    Pour over meat and chill overnight.

    Before baking, dilute soup with 1/2 c. lowfat milk and pour over Large eggs.

    Cover with 2 c. Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
