- 2 1/2 c. seasoned herb croutons
- 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pound sausage (precooked) or possibly ham
- 8 Large eggs
- 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Directions

1Place croutons in bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan.

2Top with 2 c. cheese and meat.

3Beat Large eggs with 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk.

4Add in seasonings.

5Pour over meat and chill overnight.

6Before baking, dilute soup with 1/2 c. lowfat milk and pour over Large eggs.

7Cover with 2 c. Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
