- 3 qt. water
- 1 or 2 pieces skinned chicken
- 6 bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. cornstarch with 1 c. water to dissolve
- 1/2 tsp. yellow food coloring
- chopped green onions
Directions

1Boil chicken with water at high heat, add the chicken bouillon cubes and white pepper.

2Remove chicken when done.

3In boiling water drop eggs in, lightly scrambling as you drop them in.

4Then add the cornstarch mixture and food coloring, stirring constantly for 30 seconds.

5Remove from heat.

6When serving, toss in green onion.
