  • 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions

Directions

    In a medium pan, place cornstarch.

    Slowly stir in the chicken broth.

    Cook over low heat, stirring, until slightly thick. Slowly add egg and stir once gently.
