- 2 c. water
- 2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
- flour
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 egg, beaten
- pepper, Worcestershire sauce or teriyaki sauce to taste
Directions

1In a saucepan, bring water and bouillon cubes to a boil. Meantime, make a paste with flour and water.

2Add to boiling mixture, stirring constantly.

3Gradually add beaten egg to boiling mixture, stirring constantly and continue to boil 1 to 2 minutes until egg is done.

4Remove from heat and season with pepper, Worcestershire sauce or teriyaki sauce, if desired.
