Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients

  • chicken broth (boil chicken or use 1 large can of broth)
  • 3 green onions, chopped (stems and all)
  • 4 eggs (may use whites only)

Directions

    After the broth comes to a good boil, break eggs one at a time into the broth while stirring with a wire whisk.

    Add diced onions with stems and parsley for color.

    Don't cook more than 1 minute after adding the onion.

    Serves 4.
