Ingredients: 1 box yellow cake mix; 1/3 c. margarine; 1 egg; 3 c. miniature marshmallows; 2/3 c. white corn syrup; 1 pkg. peanut butter chips; 1/4 c. margarine; 2 tsp. vanilla; 3 c. Rice Krispies; 2 c. salted roasted peanuts

1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 c. margarine
1 egg
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. white corn syrup
1 pkg. peanut butter chips
1/4 c. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. salted roasted peanuts

Directions

Mix together 1 box of cake mix, 1/3 cup margarine and egg. Press in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°.

Remove from oven and immediately top with 3 cups miniature marshmallows.

Heat together white corn syrup, peanut butter chips, 1/4 cup margarine and vanilla.

Stir until smooth and add Rice Krispies and salted peanuts.

Spread over marshmallows.

Top with 1 more cup of peanuts.
