Ingredients

  • 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper (powdered)
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 2 cups water

Directions

    In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of water, 2 bouillon cubes, green onions, and the seasonings, and bring to a boil.

    In a bowl, beat the egg, until it is blended together.

    Slowly, pour the egg into the broth little by little and let the egg cook until it floats and then you can stir the soup.

    Lets cool and serve.
