  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cooking (salad) oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 tsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)
  • 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 c. olive oil

    Combine lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in bowl. Whisk in oil until well blended. (Marinade can be refrigerated, covered, for up to 2 days.)
