- 4 eggs
- 3/4 lb. chopped chicken, pork or turkey
- 1 (8 oz.) can button mushrooms
- 1/4 lb. bean sprouts (1/2 can, drained)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 stalk celery, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly in mixing bowl.

2Add other ingredients. Cover bottom of a 6-inch skillet with peanut oil and heat skillet. Pour 1/4 of the mixture in this and cook over low heat until brown on one side.

3Turn carefully and cook until brown on other side.

4Serve with Brown Sauce.
