Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1` c. cooked pork, chicken or shrimp
- 4 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 tsp. molasses
Directions

1Lightly beat eggs, salt and pepper.

2Stir in onions, meat, sprouts, green onions and soy sauce (1 tablespoon).

3Heat oil in skillet.

4Use a ladle and drop 1/4 cup of the mixture into this oil.

5Fry until browned on both sides.

6Drain.

7Mix the cornstarch to a paste with a little broth.

8Combine in a saucepan with remaining broth, molasses and remaining soy sauce.

9Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

10Pour over patties and serve.
