  • 34 cup vodka, chilled
  • crushed ice
  • club soda
  • 18 slices English cucumbers
  • 6 sprigs of fresh mint

    In a large container with a lid, muddle the pineapple with the sugar.

    Add the vodka, cover tightly and shake vigorously.
