  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 c. cooked meat, shredded (pork, chicken or beef)
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • 1 c. bamboo shoots, shredded
  • 1/4 c. onion, shredded
  • 1 tsp. dry sherry
  • 1 c. cooking oil

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients except oil.

    Do not beat eggs.

    Put 1/2 cup oil in hot skillet.

    Add 1/4 of mixture to hot oil.

    Spoon in remainder.

    Turn mixture over when edges are brown (makes like a small package).
