- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. cooked meat, shredded (pork, chicken or beef)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 c. bamboo shoots, shredded
- 1/4 c. onion, shredded
- 1 tsp. dry sherry
- 1 c. cooking oil
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients except oil.

2Do not beat eggs.

3Put 1/2 cup oil in hot skillet.

4Add 1/4 of mixture to hot oil.

5Spoon in remainder.

6Turn mixture over when edges are brown (makes like a small package).
