- 1 lb. fully cooked, smoked hot beef sausage links or kielbasa, sliced thin
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. red cayenne
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Add cornbread stuffing, pecans and spices to sausage in skillet.

2Stir until well mixed.

3Add chicken broth slowly and evenly and mix until moist as you wish.

4Stuff chicken or turkey. Great as a side dish, too.
