- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1/4 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
- 3 Tbsp. thinly sliced water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Add shrimp and vegetables; mix thoroughly. Heat oil in skillet.

3Place about 1/4 cup egg mixture in oil; brown lightly on each side.

4Serve with sweet-sour sauce and soy sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
