- 4 c. cooked rice (warm or cold)
- 2 to 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- minced green onions
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil or use bacon grease
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put rice in large bowl.

2Break eggs onto rice and add next 2 ingredients and 1 tablespoon minced onion.

3Mix thoroughly with spoon, breaking up lumps.

4Heat oil over medium heat.

5Add rice mixture and stir over heat 8 to 10 minutes.

6Sprinkle with green onions.
