Egg Fried Rice

  • 4 c. cooked rice (warm or cold)
  • 2 to 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • minced green onions
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil or use bacon grease
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put rice in large bowl.

    Break eggs onto rice and add next 2 ingredients and 1 tablespoon minced onion.

    Mix thoroughly with spoon, breaking up lumps.

    Heat oil over medium heat.

    Add rice mixture and stir over heat 8 to 10 minutes.

    Sprinkle with green onions.
