- 350 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons demerara sugar
- 4 drops peppermint extract
Directions

1Melt the chocolate in a bowl.

2In another bowl combine the sugar with the peppermint and mix.

3Add the chocolate and then spread the mixture on a tray lined with cling film and place in the freezer until set.

4Remove the chocolate from the freezer and break into pieces.

5Eat as they are or serve with coffee or mugs of hot chocolate.
