Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can mixed chinese veggies, drained
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • veggie oil or peanut oil
  • 4 T. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 T. corn starch

Directions

    Mix onions and veggies in frying pan.

    Place small amount of oil, approximately 1/4 c. of veggie mixture.
  3. 3
    Stir, and fry until onions are tender. Mix eggs and 2 T. soy sauce, pour 1/4 c. egg mixture over veggies.

    Cook on both sides.

    Remove and place in oven pan.
  6. 6
    Continue until all mixtures are gone.
