  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 pkg. chopped Canadian bacon
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Soak onion soup in milk; set aside.

    Cook well in electric skillet the hash browns and Canadian bacon in butter.

    Add softened onion soup mixture and beaten eggs.

    Stir gently; lower heat setting to 125° and cover until set, approximately 20 minutes.

    When set, cover with cheese; cover another 5 minutes until completely melted.
  6. 6
    Serve.
