- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. chopped Canadian bacon
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Soak onion soup in milk; set aside.

2Cook well in electric skillet the hash browns and Canadian bacon in butter.

3Add softened onion soup mixture and beaten eggs.

4Stir gently; lower heat setting to 125° and cover until set, approximately 20 minutes.

5When set, cover with cheese; cover another 5 minutes until completely melted.

6Serve.
