- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large skillet, brown beef.

3Remove meat; set aside.

4In same skillet, saute onion in butter until onion is translucent.

5Drain fat.
