Egg-Ham-Cheese Casserole

- 1 stick Cracker Barrel cheese, grated
- 2 c. ham, cubed small
- 16 slices fresh bread, crusts removed
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 13 baking pan (or casserole) and place 8 slices of bread on bottom of pan.

2Sprinkle with cheese and ham cubes. Place other 8 slices bread on top of cubes.

3Pour beaten eggs, milk and mustard over all.

4Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

5Remove next morning and bring to room temperature. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
