Egg In A Frame

Directions

   Put margarine on one side of bread.

   Cut a 1 1/2 to 2-inch hole in the middle of the bread.

   Put margarine side down in a small skillet.

   Crack egg; pour into hole.

   Cover and cook on medium heat until egg is cooked through.

   Flip and cook for a few seconds.

   Also cook the hole.

   Serve.
