  • 1 1/2 tsp bacon grease or butter
  • 1 small mouth glass
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt the bacon grease in a non-stick pan over low heat

    Take the glass and pressed down to cut the perfect circle (hole) in the middle of the bread and place in pan

    Crack egg in the hole and season with salt and pepper
  4. 4
    Cook until the egg is cooked and bread is lightly toasted
  5. 5
    Flip and do same to the other side
  6. 6
    Serve immediately
