- 1 (7 1/4 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 6 oz. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 3/4 c. salad dressing
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on box.

2Add vegetables, salad dressing and seasonings.

3Chop 5 eggs and mix lightly into mixture.

4Chill.

5Stir in additional salad dressing before serving.

6Garnish with the remaining egg, sliced.
