  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin (2 envelopes)
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. onion juice (optional)
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • parsley flakes

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise and grated eggs.

    Set aside.

    Mix gelatin and cold water.

    Let soften.

    Stir.

    Add hot water, then add lemon juice, onion juice and seasonings.

    Stir.

    Add to egg mixture. Pour into ring mold and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
