  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

    crumble bacon in the bottom of six muffin tins, split cheese over the bacon, split green onions over, beat eggs and divide evenly.

    Bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes.

    You can add vegetables and omit the bacon.
