- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. heavy cream, well chilled
- 3 c. cold milk
- 2 oz. vanilla
- freshly grated nutmeg
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.

2Gradually add sugar and beat until whites begin to stiffen.

3In another large bowl, beat the yolks until they drop from the spoon in a heavy ribbon.

4Beat the whites into the yolks until thoroughly blended. In a large bowl, whip the cream until it begins to hold its shape. Beat the egg gradually into the cream.

5Stir in milk.

6Pour mixture into the punch bowl.

7Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
