- 1 packages frozen pierogies or mini pierogies
- 1 Non-stick cooking spray
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
- 1 blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 1 carrot and celery sticks
- 1/2 tsp chili powder, cajun seasoning, or creole seasoning
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 F. Or if you prefer, deep fry the pierogies in 350F oil for 3 minutes or until golden brown.

2Combine melted butter, oil, hot sauce, and chili powder; and toss with the pierogies.

3Coat a rimmed baking sheet with the non stick cooking spray and spread the coated pierogies evenly on the baking sheet.

4Bake for 16-18 minutes or until pierogies are puffed and browned.

5For best results turn over once, halfway through baking time.

6Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing, carrots and celery.
