Buffalo wing pierogies

Ingredients

  • 1 packages frozen pierogies or mini pierogies
  • 1 Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1 blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1 carrot and celery sticks
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder, cajun seasoning, or creole seasoning

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 F. Or if you prefer, deep fry the pierogies in 350F oil for 3 minutes or until golden brown.

    Combine melted butter, oil, hot sauce, and chili powder; and toss with the pierogies.

    Coat a rimmed baking sheet with the non stick cooking spray and spread the coated pierogies evenly on the baking sheet.

    Bake for 16-18 minutes or until pierogies are puffed and browned.

    For best results turn over once, halfway through baking time.

    Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing, carrots and celery.
