- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. brandy extract
- 1/2 tsp. rum extract
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 6 to 10 c. milk
Directions

1Beat egg yolks with sugar until nice and fluffy.

2Add vanilla and other extracts.

3Fold into beaten egg whites.

4Beat whipping cream until whipped; fold in.

5Add milk, stirring, until it's drinking consistency.
