- 1 (16 oz.) can peaches
- 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. pecans
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 10 to 12 slices toasted white thin sliced bread

1Drain fruit together in colander. Keep apricots separate from other fruit. Put in large bowl; add raisins, nuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar and vanilla. Mix. Pour in 9 x 13 baking dish and place apricots over top. Cut toasted bread into 1/2 squares. Mix butter and remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar in shallow dish. Toss
