- 1 c. cold dairy or canned egg nog
- 1 (6 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 Tbsp. rum or 1/4 tsp. rum extract
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 prepared 8 or 9-inch graham cracker crust
Directions

1Pour cold egg nog into a bowl.

2Add pudding, rum and nutmeg. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until blended, about 1 minute.

3Let stand 5 minutes.

4Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip.

5Spoon into pie crust.

6Chill until firm, about 2 hours.

7Garnish with remaining topping.
