- 2 c. egg nog
- 1 chocolate graham cracker pie shell
- 1 tsp. rum
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Put 1/2 cup egg nog into saucepan; add unflavored gelatin. Bring to a boil and stir until gelatin dissolves.

2Into bowl, pour 1 1/2 cups egg nog (cold) and rum.

3Pour hot egg nog into cold egg nog; place in refrigerator to thicken.

4When thickened, fold in heavy cream and pour into pie shell.

5Place in refrigerator until needed.
