- 1 lb. sausage, mixed with sauce
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 pt. (or can) sauerkraut
- 2 garlic buttons
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cabbage and sauerkraut.

2Steam cabbage to loosen leaves.

3Separate leaves and roll 2 tablespoons of meat mixture in each leaf.

4Fasten with toothpick.

5Place rolled leaves on bed of sauerkraut and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
