- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 egg shell water
- dash of salt
Directions

1Use the amounts of ingredients shown for each cup of flour. Put flour in bowl; make well in center.

2Add egg, water and salt; mix first with fork, then with hands.

3Form into ball; roll out on floured board (thin).

4Let rest; cut into 4 equal pieces and stack.

5Cut in strips, whatever width you want.

6Separate noodles. Let dry several hours.

7Use or store for later use.
