Directions

1Beat eggs and milk, salt and baking powder.

2Gradually add flour, working into a stiff dough, but not tough.

3Roll about about 1/4-inch thick on floured board.

4Let stand about 1 hour.

5Cut into 1/2-inch strips about 4 inches long.

6Drop into hot chicken broth and cook until done.

7Add boned chicken, thickened with broth if desired.
