- chicken or beef broth
Directions

1Beat egg slightly.

2Sprinkle salt and then add flour to make a stiff dough.

3Put on floured board and knead more flour until all stays together and can be rolled.

4Roll very thin and cut into 1/4-inch strips for noodles.

5Let set for about 20 minutes.

6Add to broth.

7Cook 20 to 30 minutes until tender.

8Stir when adding noodles to broth so they don't stick together.

9One egg is enough for 2 servings.
