Directions

1Break egg into 1 1/2-quart bowl; add milk and salt and beat up.

2Add 1 cup flour and blend real good.

3Add more flour until you have workable dough.

4Turn out on heavily floured pastry cloth.

5Roll and turn; add in flour as you roll very thin.

6Let dry for 2 hours.

7Cut in very narrow strips.

8Put in chicken broth and cook until done.
