- 8 oz. bag puff corn curls
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1In 2-quart saucepan, cook butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Cook for 2 minutes.

2Add baking soda to mixture.

3This will cause mixture to foam.

4Put corn puffs in large roaster pan.

5Pour caramel mixture over corn curls and stir until mixed.

6Place in 250° oven for 45 minutes.

7Stir every 10 to 15 minutes.

8Remove from oven and pour on wax paper.

9Break apart.
