- 1/2 c. chopped ham
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese

Directions

1Saute green peppers, onions and jalapeno peppers in skillet sprayed with Pam. Add ham. Pour in stirred eggs, milk and cheese. Cook until done. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tomato slices.
