  • basil 3 medium fresh egg plant purple
  • 3 brown large egg [complete ]
  • 1cup parmesan cheese
  • 1cup mozarella cheese
  • 2 quart canola oil
  • 1 jar pasta sauce [flavor opcional ]
  • 1can panko japone style
  • 1/2cup finelly choppe fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup finelly choppe fresh pasley
  • 1 vidalia anion cut in chunk about 1/2 inchs
  • 1pound grown beef fresh [lean]
  • 1/2 tbs garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbs anion powder
  • 1/2 tbs grown cunnin powder
  • 1/2 tbs paprika powder
  • 1tbs brown sugar
  • 1/3 tbs black pepper [opcional]
  • 1/2 tbs oregano
  • 1/2 tbs salt
  • 1/3 olive oil

Directions

    cook meat ,mix grown beef,with garlic,anion powder,paprika,groun cunnin,black pepper ,salt oregano,mix together with hand or help with fold ,brown and cook meat about 20 minute,in other pan brown anion for 5 minute ,add pasley ,basil ,cook for 2 minutes,add jar pasta sauce mix and cook for 5 minute to add flavor , add pasta sauce with cook meat and let stand about 5minute, cut egg plant into round chape thick about 11/2 ,in a bowl mix egg with litle ,garlic,oregano,paprika wiskle egg until mix together ,in a plate round put breadcrums ,them heat the canola oil in a fry pan no too hot just about perfect dip egg plant into egg mixture ,first until coating then transfer to a plate with breacrums them ,put into hot oil fry about 10 second eachs side no burnt asoon finish of fry egg plant them in a bake pan nonstic or ungrease tranfers egg plan organizer by layers
