  • 10 eggs
  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pint cottage cheese (I use low fat)
  • 16 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies

Directions

    Beat eggs lightly until lemon colored.

    Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, green chilis and butter.

    Pour into well greased baking dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

    If from the refrigerator, let dish come to room temp before baking.

    Should puff up in oven.
