- 10 eggs
- 12 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint cottage cheese (I use low fat)
- 16 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies
Directions

1Beat eggs lightly until lemon colored.

2Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, green chilis and butter.

3Pour into well greased baking dish.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

5If from the refrigerator, let dish come to room temp before baking.

6Should puff up in oven.
