- 1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower (16 oz.)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can French fried onions (2.8 oz.)

Directions

1Combine 1/2 cup milk with soup.

2Mix into vegetables with 1/2 can onions and 1/2 cup cheese.

3Sprinkle with pepper to taste. Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.

4Bake covered at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

5Test vegetables to see if done, then top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.

6Bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
