  • 2 green chili peppers
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 14 teaspoon spices (ratio 1/2 stick of cinnamon,3 cardamon, 6 cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten

    First cook rice and keep it aside.

    Sweat (saute over medium-low heat) onions and green chilies together.

    Add ginger and garlic paste.

    Add rice and mix everything well.

    Add salt.

    Cook until everything is mixed well.
