- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and finely chopped (I put them in the food processor for a few seconds)
- 2 cans bean sprouts
- 1 can mushrooms, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- soy sauce
- salt
Directions

1Heat oil and stir-fry chicken and vegetables for 3 or 4 minutes.

2Season with soy sauce and salt.

3Put about 2 tablespoons of filling mixture on each wrapper.

4Roll according to directions on wrapper package.

5Fry in small amount of oil in skillet until golden; drain.

6Serve with Aunt Betty's hot mustard.
