- 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. egg roll skins (18 to 20)
Directions

1Brown meats.

2Add onions and cook slightly.

3Add remaining ingredients and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Add bean sprouts and cook 1 minute more.

5Remove from heat and let cool (30 minutes).
